| | "Villa Les Cèdres" is spacious and modern - it also offers an extremely high standard of comfort. It has been available for holiday rentals since 2001. Built all on one level on a hillside, the villa has a large swimming pool and spectacular views over a wooded valley. It is just five minutes from the medieval market town of Sarlat and the Dordogne Valley at Baynac. |

It has a light and airy open-plan living/dining room (55m²) with four French windows - three of which open onto broad terraces shaded by two retractable sun blinds. The terraces overlook the swimming pool and there is a purpose-built gas barbecue for alfresco dining. There is also a garage. |

| | The Accommodation |
| | The layout of the property is ideal for two or three couples or families holidaying together but who wish to have a degree of independence. The villa faces south-west - two of the bedrooms are in the East Wing, which has a large bathroom and separate toilet; the third bedroom is in the West Wing and has an en suite bathroom. |
| | Kitchen: fully-equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge/freezer. There is also a breakfast bar. | | Lounge/dining room: this huge room (55m²) is open plan and has four French windows - three of these open onto the front terraces which overlook the pool and the fourth opens onto the rear of the property. The room also has a large fireplace with insert for log burning and the furniture includes a 3-piece suite in soft leather, a coffee table, a dining table and chairs, a sideboard and a glass cabinet. A television, VCR and radio/CD player have been provided as well. |

| | The 10m x 5m swimming pool and its hot and cold shower are private and not overlooked. Plenty of garden furniture has been provided for the pool terrace. The attractive gardens are planted with mature shrubs and trees and are maintained regularly during the season. There are splendid views of the pool, garden and valley beyond from the elevated terraces around the pool. The terraces have been equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining and there is a superb, purpose-built gas barbecue at the end of the main terrace. |
