| The Property |
| | "Combe du Moulin", situated in a valley in the department of the Lot and close to the borders of the Dordogne and Corrèze, is without doubt one of the best locations to be found. Only 2 miles from the Dordogne Valley and 7 miles from the market towns of Souillac and Gourdon, "Combe du Moulin" is the perfect base from which to explore and discover one of the most beautiful regions of France. The medieval market town of Sarlat is 12 miles away - Rocamadour and Cahors are also close by. |
| | In September 2001, we had a very important guest staying at "Combe du Moulin" for three weeks. Here is the extract from our visitors' book... "Absolutely wonderful location, so peaceful and tranquil, just what we wanted. We enormously enjoyed the Dordogne, the ambience, the food, the history and the house was an excellent base to enjoy all of these. We were within easy reach of Sarlat, Souillac and Gourdon, all of which had good restaurants and all the necessary shops - but still had the openness and freedom of a truly rural setting. | | Surrounded by open countryside and on the outskirts of the village of St-Julien-de-Lampon, this attractive 18th-century Grange was first rented out in 2001 and offers spacious accommodation for up to 10 people. |
| | It has been sympathetically restored and furnished to an extremely high standard for the owners' personal use. The conversion has provided atmosphere with a wealth of exposed beams and stonework, together with modern facilities. |

| | The grounds extend to over an acre and surround the property. The large 40' x 16' swimming pool is chlorine-free, fully maintained and available from 1st May onwards. There is ample garden furniture at your disposal, along with a gas barbecue, badminton and table tennis. |
